Our team is headed by Scott Campbell, LCSW, ACSW, who has more than 40 years of behavioral health experience. Our trained and licensed therapists provide counseling and referral services to our EAP clients.

Carol Irons, LCSW, AdvantageEAP Manager

Carol Irons specializing in addiction, grief, depression, coping and life transitions, and workplace issues using Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques for individual and couples therapy. Carol also manages the AdvantageEAP employee assistance program, providing confidential mental health care to employees and their families, and support for supervisors needing mental health assessments for their workers.

Vicki Santos, Psy.D. has over 20 years of experience with a wide range of issues. She works with couples, individuals, parents and children in providing psychological testing, assessements and psychotherapy. She specializes in treatment for depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, health-related stress and boundary work.

Marc Genson, LCPC

Marc Genson is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor specializes in working with individuals, couples and families who may be facing grief or loss, depression, symptoms of anxiety, bi-polar disorder, stress management, life transition and adjustment issues in their lives and creates each treatment plan to fit his client’s needs. Marc works from a strength based model to provide complete care and support to his clients.

Marc earned his Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from The Adler School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, IL. Over his career, he has provided therapy in nursing homes, community mental health centers, outpatient settings, hospice settings and hospital settings to a wide range of clients.

Melanie Wall, LCPC, CADC

Melanie Wall is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and graduated with her Masters degree from Argosy University, Schaumburg. Melanie has helped adults and teenagers with addiction, depression, grief, divorce recovery, anxiety, relationship issues, anger management, and life transition. Helping people gain insight and peace of mind in a supportive atmosphere is important to Melanie.

Scott Campbell, ACSW, LCSW

J. Scott Campbell, ACSW, LCSW, Clinical Director has over 40 years experience in the planning, development and implementation of behavioral health services for children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. Scott is a skilled, veteran mental health administrator and supervisor who served as Associate Director and Chief Operating Officer for a large community mental health center in McHenry County for 39 years. He has directed a number of counseling programs throughout his career.

Scott is committed to the provision of Service Excellence through our dedicated team of licensed, experienced professionals focusing on providing “Hope, Help and Healing” to all who seek our services. Scott is committed to providing the highest level of service utilizing both evidence-based and faith-based approaches encompassing both solution-focused and strength-based approaches. Scott provides consultation services to schools, churches, business and industry and provides Critical Incident Stress Debriefing and Management following a crisis situation. Clinical interest areas include mood disorders; grief and loss; relationship issues and suicide prevention.

Scott is a Certified Trainer of “QPR – Question, Persuade, Refer” – a nationally acclaimed Suicide Prevention Program and is available to present this training in the community. Scott has served on a number of health and mental-health related boards of directors and currently serves as Co-President of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) in McHenry County. Scott is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois and a member of the national Academy of Certified Social Workers. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Carthage College in Sociology, Psychology and Secondary Education and his Master’s Degree in Social Work from George Williams College with a concentration in clinical-psychiatric social work and community mental health.
